Olaya Towers

Contracting with Olaya Towers “skyscrapers on Olaya Street in Riyadh” is one of the most important projects of Stech Company. We planned to perform periodic maintenance and operation of the central air conditioning system for a number of office units in the financial technology sector in Olaya Towers to ensure sustainable and effective central performance, planning to redistribute thermal capacities to cool offices, and introducing recommendations for technological development to improve system performance and predict any malfunctions before they occur.
